Chrono Trigger is one of the best video games ever. Not the best, but close. I make no claims to being its biggest fan, but when I heard someone was trying to get approval to write and publish a novelization, I immediately dropped by and signed his petition. I demand you do the same or I shall call down wrath from 7 angry mages upon you. ^_^;

As you may or may not know, I am on the Committee for this project. Specifically the Editorial Team - my job is to make sure this does not look like just another fan-fiction to the folks at Square Enix. Sorry to all you fanfic-authors out there, but it's true that fan works usually aren't taken very seriously; the game companies hardly acknowledge they even exist.
